    Rank Math free

    Hi,

I installed the Google Web Stories plugin and activated the Toggle for it on Rank Math. I have two questions that I can’t find answers yet:

    1. Rank Math gave me a sitemap for the web story but when I visit this link, it says the page can’t be found. : web-story-sitemap.xml — I added the actual link on sensitive data form

    2. When I view All Stories on WordPress Dashboard, the published story is showing N/A under SEO details. I can’t find a way to optimise this story. Here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/w6fifk

    Thank you!

    Mary

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    1. It seems your sitemap was being cached on your site. Can you please follow the steps below?
    A. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    B. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    2. Could you also provide your web story URL so we can further investigate?

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi Reinelle,

Option A for issue number 1 worked.

For issue number 2, it’s still showing N/A under SEO details when I view “all stories”.

I attached the URL of the web story on the sensitive date form.

    Hope to hear from you.

    Thanks,

    Mary

    Hello,

Are your stories attached to any post? Are the optimized with Rank math score?

Web stories don’t usually have the SEO Meta options: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-web-stories/#can-individual-web-story-meta-titles-descriptions-be-adjusted

Here is a screenshot of all stories section from my end: https://i.rankmath.com/iDHcFF

    Looking forward to helping you.
