We paid for the PRO subscription, which had certain bugs that were fixed with the August 11 update, but it says we do not have a subscription license. We have not been able to use the service since the bugs that were fixed on August 11, 2022. At the moment, we are trying to download and install the update but are not able to because of the licensing issue. This is time sensitive work and your help is very much appreciated.
