Whenever a new post type is added, Rank Math notifies you that you can manage its SEO settings from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta, and also you can modify the Sitemap settings for the post type from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings.
It is just a notification and you can dismiss it using the “X” button on the right side of the notification.

if I press X, once I change page it appear again..It may be connected with a ribbon which I tried to create yesterday? this ribbon don’t appear on my website, and after I created it start to appear this message

Like my colleague mentioned, whenever a post type is added or modified, the notification will appear. You can simply click the X button or ignore that notice.
However, you can use any plugin available in WordPress repository like this that hides notifications on your WordPress dashboard.
