– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using other credit cards instead. You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

Does your card support payments in USD? It will only work if it does.
If it is a prepaid card, you cannot use it to purchase a subscription.
If that card isn’t working for you, please use some other card or pay using PayPal/Amazon Pay.
