Want to switch from yoest seo to Rank math

Before 23rd of march, My site was having a steady growth of visitors(5000 clicks per day in search console) and impression. My new articles were getting auto-indexed in google.

But on the 23/03/2021, I upgraded my plugin Yoast Seo(free) to Yoast Seo premium for better service for my blog.

After that day in the morning 24/03/21, My all articles got de-indexed from google and traffic got lost from google only.

I searched for the issue and talked to yoest seo but they are not giving proper response to this issue. I checked all my basic things like,
robots.txt file
sitemap
Url removal tool
server issue
Manual action
but nothing found.

After 2 days of this issue, all my urls get indexed in google but not came back to their position. I continue my work on blog and posting new articles but my all new articles came to the 2nd page and 1st page of google and disappeared after 5-10hrs.

All urls in Google Search Console are shifted from “index and submitted” to “index and not submitted in sitemap” .

I contacted google help community about it but they can’t answer me correctly about the issue because there is no Manual action or Security issue in search console.

After some days My old articles ( before 23rd of march 2021) returned to its position and Disappeared after 10-15hrs.

Please Help me about this issue and I only make change on that day is upgrade my yoast seo plugin.

No change in bing traffic

Now I want to switch to rank math but scared of hurting my website more.
