    hi can i get a email confirmation when can we see charges deducted from our card refunded back so i can give my partner proof that you refunded back

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    You can see the refunded amount under Refunds and Returns.

    Lastly, you can check your account or call your bank to verify if the amount has been reversed.

    can i get any refrence number so i can check

    We’ve already initiated the refund and you can also see the same in the invoice we’ve shared. We don’t have any tracking number for that.
