Please note that the Video Sitemap feature is only available for PRO users and currently this ticket is created using your Free account. Kindly forward the receipt or the email address you used to purchase the PRO so we can verify it.
As for the issue, please ensure that the video schema is added alongside with the video embed. For us to further check the issue, you may share your website URL with us.
