Could you please confirm if you’re using Divi’s latest version as well as Rank Math? If not yet, please update them and check if the issue still persists.

I’m using the latest versions of both. Divi upgraded just the other day. I don’t see the same as you do. Still marked in red after refreshing the page.
I actually have the same issue with internal links. Almost all pages contains links to the contact page, but Rank Math say I don’t have any. The links are all in buttons.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I am also not able to replicate on my end. I even tried both the web browsers Firefox & Chrome.
