Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with Rank Math. It seems like the issue you’re facing could be related to the latest update. To resolve this, please ensure that you have the latest version of Rank Math installed.
You can check if you have the latest version by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Version Control. If there’s an update available, you can click the “Update Plugin” button after ticking the box. The update will happen in the background.
If that doesn’t work, you can also update Rank Math manually. You can log on to your Rank Math account area to download Rank Math PRO and then upload the file downloaded from your Rank Math account in your WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New.
Once you click on Install Now, you will see the screen to replace the existing Rank Math PRO plugin with the latest version.
