Is there another way we can do this like using TeamViewer or something so you can walk me through this? Because I feel like we are going to keep going back and forth with this and not get anywhere. I did all of the steps you told me to do multiple times and nothing is changing.

Please go through the process as described on the following article to reverify your domain property https://support.google.com/a/answer/183895?hl=en
This issue suggests that your first verification process was not successful and DNS method should be able to fix this.
After this is done, you will need to deauthorize and authorize from the Rank Math dashboard once again for the site link to appear.
If the issue persists, please add our email s******@r*********** as a property owner so that we can check further.

We just tried that using our own account that you added as an admin and your website is appearing in the dropdown just fine:
We have to deduce that the authorization was not done properly.
We have to de-authorize it for now because we have other client websites in that Google Search Console.
If you provide us with an update authorization code, we would love to give it another try. Please make sure you are authorizing using the correct Google account where your GSC has the site verified.
