Hello,
I am trying to create a product schema where product description would appear automatically in the search snippet. By default, RankMath is using %excerpt% in the description field. However, individual product does not seem to have the excerpt field. Instead of the excerpt variable, I would like RankMath to use the text from product description.

What variable should I use to make the text under the line divider at each product to appear in the snippet?

The
%excerpt%variable doesn’t take the SEO description from the excerpt field but it generates its own excerpt from the description field. So you don’t need to use any other variable as the SEO description is already being generated from the product description. Here is the meta description for the product that you have shared:
