  • Hi there,

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Breadcrumb schema. We appreciate your interest in our product and we want to help you get the best out of it.

Breadcrumb schema is a way to tell Google and other search engines the structure and hierarchy of your website. It can help your site appear more prominently and attractively in the search results. Rank Math automatically adds the Breadcrumb schema for every page where you have enabled the Rank Math Breadcrumbs feature. You can learn more about how to set up and customize Rank Math Breadcrumbs here.

However, adding the Breadcrumb schema does not guarantee that Google will display it for your pages. Google decides which pages to show the Breadcrumb schema for based on various factors, such as the relevance, quality, and popularity of your pages. You can check if Google has detected the Breadcrumb schema for your pages by using the Google Rich Results Test tool. Just enter the URL of your page and see if it passes the test. If it does, then Rank Math has successfully added the Breadcrumb schema for your page.

If you find a page that has Rank Math Breadcrumbs enabled but does not pass the Google Rich Results Test, then there might be an issue with your page or site that is preventing Google from recognizing the Breadcrumb schema. In that case, we can help you troubleshoot and fix the issue. Please provide us with the following information:

    • The URL of the page that has the issue
    • A screenshot of the Google Rich Results Test result for that page
    • Any other relevant details or error messages

You can send us this information by replying to this message and we will get back to you as soon as possible and help you resolve the issue.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We hope this clarifies your issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us anytime. We’re always happy to help.

    Hello,

When loading the affected page with Googlebot on, it doesn’t seem to show any 404 although we can confirm the URL is currently not indexed.

Please click on the “Request for Indexing” button and wait for a while for Google to index it.

As for the aggregateRating issue, since you don’t have any reviews for that page yet, it is normal for Google to show a warning. You can safely ignore this.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need my assistance with anything else.

But what’s the point of making the indexing request if it doesn’t work? I’ve done this so many times… And I would have to do it for every pst created.

    Hello,

Google should crawl the site URLs on their own since they are being submitted using the sitemap. But if they are not then it could be related to the crawl budget they have assigned to your site. If you use the Rich Results test to crawl the URL, you can see that Google is able to crawl and fetch the page, and also shows that indexing is allowed. https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=QGyaVVhA1CwxnX4PCtUvmA

Since the on-page SEO setup is fine for your site, you should work on off-page SEO and link building to improve the crawling and indexing speed of the site:
