When loading the affected page with Googlebot on, it doesn’t seem to show any 404 although we can confirm the URL is currently not indexed.

Please click on the “Request for Indexing” button and wait for a while for Google to index it.

As for the aggregateRating issue, since you don’t have any reviews for that page yet, it is normal for Google to show a warning. You can safely ignore this.

Google should crawl the site URLs on their own since they are being submitted using the sitemap. But if they are not then it could be related to the crawl budget they have assigned to your site.
