I cleared the cache. What can I do to rescan it? Should I just wait? Or can I speed this up with Search Console?

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that Rank Math is already outputting the correct title tag in the page’s source code with the double arrow ».
Please note that Google recently introduced changes to how it generates the titles/descriptions to display on SERPs, and it’s automatically changing those as per the algorithm.
