You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?
Regarding the multiple locations, Rank Math locations pages cannot work together with the location pages you have created manually. As a workaround, you may have to do the following:
- Temporarily enable Rank Math location pages/multiple locations.
- Create schema templates from the location pages. You can follow this guide for how to create schema templates: https://rankmath.com/kb/schema-templates/
- Disable Rank Math location pages so that your other plugin’s location pages become active again
- On your WordPress dashboard go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post type name for your location posts and make sure the “Add SEO Controls” setting is activated
- Then edit each of your location posts and add the corresponding schema template in the schema tab of your Rank Math meta box
Once you have added the Rank Math locations schema templates to your own location pages, you will not need the Rank Math locations posts again and you can continue using your previous locations posts.
