Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.


After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

Can you please clear the transients after reconnecting and see if that helps?
Go to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

Hello,
I logged into your website’s admin area and was able to replicate the issue. Upon investigating, I found that you’re using an old version (3.0.0) of Rank Math PRO with the latest version of the Rank Math Free plugin.
Since the versions do not match, reconnecting the account was not fixing the issue. I disabled the PRO plugin and reconnected your account and the credits are updated. Here’s a screenshot for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/DbjNLT
Could you share the email address you used to purchase the (PRO) subscription of Rank Math so that we can update our records?
P.S. I’ve enabled Rank Math PRO on the website again.
