Using CCTs and Custom Fields with Rank Math

    Hello,

    I am using Rank Math in conjunction with Elementor and CrocoBlocks plugins. With Crocoblocks I am using Custom Content Types and I noticed that Rank Math has a section under “Titles & Meta > Posts” an area called “Custom Fields”. I have couple of questions about this feature of Rank Math

    – Will these Custom Fields work with Custom Content Types I have created with Crocoblocks?
    – If they will work with CCTs, do I use a plain name such as: Product Name or do I need to use a slug like: product_name ?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

    The custom field variable only works with the custom fields added to the post types and gets the data from them. It isn’t made to work with the CCTs.

    In this case, you may have to get in touch with the support of Crocoblock and check with them how they save the data of CCTs in the database.
