Using ALT for images is duplicating Featured media

    Hello.
    We are using your plugin after switching from Yoast, and when activating the “ALT” option for Images, the featured media is being shown in double, at the start of every article.

    We are using boombox, and Litespeed

    I cannot seem to reproduce this issue on your blog posts, have you disabled the automatic ALT tag feature?
