Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We checked your account and the 50 AI credits have been applied.
Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

This Rankmath pro account is eligible for 3 websites and my website is just 1 of those 3. After merging are you sure the credits can still be used for my website. The email for the Pro account is my friend’s email address not mine.

It isn’t allowed to use the PRO subscription on websites that don’t belong to you. Your friend can only use their subscription on their personal sites, not on your site. If you want to use the PRO plugin, you should purchase a new PRO subscription.

If you want to use the credits and the PRO subscription at the same time they need to be attached to the same account.
So essentially, you would need to either remove the PRO subscription and connect the website to your Free account or merge the accounts under a single email address and use the PRO subscription and credits on the same account.
