https://support.rankmath.com/users/hereaft/ says user not found. Is this a caching issue, or is my actual username unchanged and instead I am just seeing a display name change? I am familiar with changing usernames in a database and wonder if that is what is going here. Does requesting a username change here not actually change the literal username in the backend? Given the support document information, I was under the impression it would change and the new url would work. Not the end of the world, but curious if this is intended behavior. I marked resolved before I realized the link wasn’t working. I will change back to unresolved until I hear back. Appreciate the help.
