As you can see, it displays &, and I put only “&” in the title

Please go to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Settings and disable “Capitalize Titles”, then click “Save Settings”, then check if ‘&’ symbols are displaying correctly in titles. A recent update broke the “Capitalize Titles” functionality, and we are working on fixing it.
