When I am creating a link to internal content, the segment that says “Use in Schema Markup” with about and mentions checkboxes covers up the search box needed to find internal links. Is there a way to eliminate this from the popup?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I can’t seem to replicate the issue you provided. Could you take a screenshot or record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Thank you, and looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It seems to be working fine on our end:
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.
Is there a way to turn off those extra options for schema? We really don’t need/use them.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math.
You need to add CSS in your admin CSS to be able to hide that. Please the screenshot below.
Note: You need to add this on your admin css
Please see the video screenshot below.
https://i.rankmath.com/avIjbrThis is the CSS code you want to add.
#wp-link .query-results { display: none !important; }
Please let us know if that helps.
Thank you.
Just curious…are you using the Gutenberg editor? We’re using the classic editor. I wondered if that might be the reason for the overlap.
Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
I tried replicating your issue and it does overlap on my end sometimes ONLY when the browser’s window size hits a certain small height. But when I’m viewing it on a normal browser size (maximized window), it seems to be working fine on both Gutenberg and Classic editor. Mind if I ask if are you using a computer with very small screen size or resolution? A small laptop computer perhaps? More importantly, what browser are you using?
Looking forward to helping you.
Actually it’s a desktop with a large monitor and 1920×1080 resolution. I tried adjusting resolution several different settings, but always had that overlap issue on the popup window. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
Hello,
May I check if you have updated the plugin to the latest version?
If you haven’t please update the plugin to the latest version:
v1.0.57.1
You can check out our full changelog here:
https://rankmath.com/changelog/I’ve tried to replicate your issue but there is no issue
Please see the screencast below:
https://i.rankmath.com/MoHIJFI’m on a 1920×1080 monitor using a firefox browser.
I hope that helps, let us know if you need help with anything else.
Thank you.
