Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the focus keyword placement and content length on your page. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
To address the issue of using the focus keyword at the beginning of your content, please ensure that the primary focus keyword “Wedding Videographer Edinburgh” is present within the first 10% of your post’s content. This will help you pass the test for this requirement.
Additionally, make sure that the focus keyword is used in the content naturally and that the content length falls within the range of 600-2500 words.
If you’ve already made these adjustments and are still encountering issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please confirm if you are using any page builders on your site? If so please let us know which page builder you are using.
However, please note that if you are using a page builder not supported by Rank Math yet, then you would need to contact the developer of that page builder by showing them the following link: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
This will allow Rank Math to read the contents from your page properly.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thanks I am using Oxygen Builder
Hello,
Can you please confirm if you’re using any custom blocks to add the content to your page? It may require you to apply our API as currently, we are not able to access the content generated by custom blocks: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
In case you’re not using any custom blocks, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
