We might need to take a closer look at the settings. To avoid any effects on your live site, please create a staging site, edit the first post on this ticket and include the logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

I don’t see any change in the conditions functioning after deactivating/activating the Rank Math plugin. Please check the screencast I added in the Sensitive Data Section.

the reason was that you check it not on the Staging site (wich have a subdirectory in url 1404, but on live site).
On Live Site i work temporary deactivate the modal solution and work with an additional plugin for the PopUp and not with the bootstrap modal from formidable.
I create a screenshot only with Staging website and place it in sensitive data area.
