Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You could go to the Edit Post / Edit Page window and edit in the Rank Math panel the titles, descriptions, and permalinks.
That should create automatically redirections from the old URLs to the new ones.
Also, I would keep the 404 Monitor tool enabled to be 100% sure you don’t have any issue (at least for a few days).

What exactly are you changing? Is it the posts URLs or the permalink settings? If you are changing the permalinks structure, what is your previous structure and new structure? You will need to create a way to redirect you existing posts to the new structure either through htaccess regex or Rank math redirection module
