I am not sure how this tool is calculating the links on your site but I have checked your sitemap and the number of links is 63 which is closer to the number reported by the search console. This might mean that only 2 links have not been indexed by the search console.
You might also want to check the kind of coverage errors that are reported that are causing the two links to be excluded.
Could you please purge your site cache and run your site once again on Screaming Frog SEO spider?
