1. Please delete the sitemaps from the Google Search Console.
2. Clear your website cache and add sitemap_index.xml and *-sitemap.xml to the exclusion list in your Cache plugin.
3. Add sitemap_index.xml file again to your Google Search Console.
That should do the trick.

1). To delete the sitemaps from your search console, you will need to login via this page: https://search.google.com/search-console/about and head over to the sitemap menu.
2). You might need to get in touch with the author of your cache plugin to help with adding an exclusion for your sitemap file.
3). Refer to step one, this will need to be achieved on the same page.
