Hello thanks for reading my ticket
My question relates to a static page(s), not a post
I cannot change my permalink structure, it’s impossible as I have an inconsistency between pages built with and without a trailing slash.
I cannot change any of my URL’s as I have external links I can’t change and don’t want to change.
I do not want to rely in any way on 301 redirects at all.
Here is the problem…
My URL is:
https://www.ravenwoodservices.co.uk/debt-consolidationCanonical URL is
https://www.ravenwoodservices.co.uk/debt-consolidation
in my sitemap
https://www.ravenwoodservices.co.uk/page-sitemap.xml
The link shows:
https://www.ravenwoodservices.co.uk/debt-consolidation/
with the trailing slash that I don’t want and have never specified.
When I run WebSite auditor v4.47.7 (the german tool as I call it) the sitemap shows loads of errors and 301 redirects that I definitely don’t want (basically the pages I have built with no trailing slash).
for permalinks, I use Custom Permalinks Version 1.7.1 | By Sami Ahmed Siddiquithat I can’t change.
Where does rank math get the incorrect URL?
I can’t find https://www.ravenwoodservices.co.uk/debt-consolidation/ in the view source anywhere.
Is there any way to fix it?
