This is because the server is still caching the old version of your sitemap when the W3 Total Cache plugin is still active.
Once the caching files are completely purged on the server side, the latest version of the sitemap where the W3 Total Cache is deactivated should show up in your browser.
Once this is addressed, you can then try re-submitting your sitemap to the Google Search Console.

Finally, the problem is solved now, I have deleted the W3 total cache files from the wp-content of the c-panel – problem fixed.
