Hi Support
It has been 7 to 8 months since starting my website. Now I have published 40 posts and 6 pages till now, and all of them are indexed and ranking on Google. But when I see my sitemap then there are only 9 URLs discovered (post- 2 and pages- 7).
I don’t know why it is happening and why posts are not included in the sitemap.
Please help me to resolve this query.

Hi Miguel Sir
I think you have searched the sitemap on the local browser.
Please search on incognito mode in the browser. You will find only 9 URLs there.
Please help me to fix this issue sir
Waiting for your reply soon
Hello,
I was able to replicate the issue on our end and it seems that your sitemap is still being cached by Cloudflare.
I would suggest checking this directly with your hosting provider or the support staff from Cloudflare. Ensure that your sitemap is still not being heavily cached by their services.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you on this one.
Hi Jeremy sir
Can you please tell me the exact page rule URL for my website for the sitemap that should not be cached by Cloudflare?
I am very confused about creating the Cloudflare page rule.
It would be very helpful if you tell me the exact page rule URL for my website in the sensitive data section.
My current page rule is: /*sitemap*
And Cache level: Bypass
Hello,
That is the correct rule.
Can you please purge the cache from Cloudflare, ask your web host to clear the server-side cache, and check the sitemap again?
Let us know how it goes.
We are here to assist you.
Hi Anas sir
I have purged the cache from Cloudflare and also cleared the server-side cache (contacted the hosting provider to do this). But the issue is not solved yet.
Please help me sir to solve this problem

Hello,
Can you please check with your hosting provider if you have other caching services on your server? We suspect that your sitemap is still heavily cached thus, it shows different versions to different visitors/viewers.
We would also again like to check the issue over your WordPress admin to check the affected post. Can you please renew the temporary login URL for at least 3 or 5 days so we can access it again?
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello Sir
My hosting provider says that – everything is ok from our end.
I have updated the temporary login details in the sensitive data section.
Waiting for your reply sir
Hi sir
I have noticed one thing, it is showing a 304 status code instead of a 200 status code. I have analysed other websites’ sitemaps they are showing 200 status code. (See the screenshot of my website – attached here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/rZ3dKUKADTVAshbE7
I think sir this is the main problem.
Please sir guide me to solve this issue
Note: I have cleared the browser cache and my hosting server cache but the issue is not solved yet.
Hello,
That code is related to the cache which is what we suspected causing the issue. If you try adding a random parameter to request a fresh version of the sitemap it should load a 200 status code.
You should also notice that the post count is correct after loading the non-cached sitemap page.
Hope this helps you with your issue.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
You are correct sir, that’s what I found. But I want you to help me out with this problem.
I cannot understand why the non-cached version of my sitemap is showing even after clearing the browser cache, server cache and Cloudflare caching.
I have updated the WordPress login details and FTP details in the Sensitive data section.
Please help me to solve this issue sir.
Sir waiting for your reply with solutions. I have tried many things to clear the cache but nothing worked for me.
………………………….
Hello,
I checked your sitemap again and it seems to be loading the latest content now without forcing it to show the non-cached version.
Can you please check again from your end?
Looking forward to helping you.
Sir, you are right. But
If you check on the Incognito window you will find the Cached version of the sitemap. I don’t know why this is happening.
Please guide me sir, Waiting for your reply.
Hello,
I checked your website configuration and the sitemap is already excluded from your caching plugin. We also ensured that our plugin isn’t storing the sitemap cache in the wp-content.
We already did everything from our end so it’s up to your hosting provider to handle the caching behavior and I can see that Cloudflare is still caching it:
I would strongly suggest checking this directly with Cloudflare support as they are still caching your sitemap and we currently have no control of it unless the sitemap is properly excluded from their end.
We are looking forward to helping you.
Hi Jeremy sir,
I have noticed one more thing. Currently, I am using WP rocket but when I started my website I was using W3 Total Cache.
And When I check the “view source page” of the post sitemap, it is showing
Performance optimized by W3 Total Cache. But when I check the sitemap of pages, it is showing optimized by rankmath. Why is that so, I have already deactivated and deleted the W3 total cache plugin.
Please guide me to solve this issue sir.
