I checked the sitemap, it looks like it is still getting cached.
Can you please purge the cache from Cloudflare by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard.
2. Click Caching > Configuration.
3. Under Purge Cache, click Purge Everything.
4. Click Purge Everything.
Then, wait for a few minutes and check the sitemap in an incognito window.
If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the page rule that you added in Cloudflare and also add the FTP login details in the sensitive data section.

Hello,
There were XML files cached on your website under the Rank Math folder inside the uploads directory.
We remove those and the sitemap should no longer try to fetch those cached files and always generate the latest data with all the URLs.

My dashboard is open in my browser and I see the same updated sitemap. Nevertheless, I found the same issue when I checked the sitemap in an incognito window. The same can also be confirmed by opening the sitemap in Incognito mode.
Rank Math lets you set up a default OpenGraph Thumbnail, which will be considered as a fallback thumbnail for all your posts. So, if your post does not have a featured image / OpenGraph image set, then this fallback thumbnail will be used
