Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know if you find the culprit else could you please share the URLs that are failing to redirect and their intended destinations so we can check from our end.

Hello Michael. Thanks for your response. We have checked and there are no plugin conflicts.
right now there is only one 404 error in the list :
https://pjseospecialists.com/wp-admin/mysql-adminer.php/
The intended destination is our homepage.
We noticed this error along with many more ranging between 27 July to 3rd August. We deleted the log on 3rd August and retried this above URL to check if its redirecting or not.
But no change. However no additional 404 log was reported yesterday.
so we are not sure what’s happening.
kindly help us resolve this issue.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
