  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the URL redirection on your website. Thank you for raising this concern.

To resolve the redirection issue, we recommend checking a few things:

    1. Check Existing Redirects in Rank Math

First, ensure that there are no conflicting redirects set up in Rank Math. Sometimes, multiple redirects can cause unexpected behavior. You can check your existing redirects by navigating to Rank Math → Redirections in your WordPress dashboard. Look for any rules that might be affecting the URLs you are trying to redirect.

    More than one redirection

    2. Add a Custom Redirect Rule

If there are no conflicting redirects, you can create a custom redirect rule for the specific URL. Here’s how to do it:

    • Go to Rank Math → Redirections.
    • Click on Add New.
    • Set the Source URL to /verde/prodotti/flexart-60/.
    • Set the Destination URL to /flexart-60/.
    • Choose the Redirection Type as 301 Permanent Move.
    • Save the changes.

    3. Check .htaccess File

If the issue persists, you may need to check your .htaccess file for any existing rules that could be interfering with the redirection. You can edit your .htaccess file directly from the WordPress dashboard by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Edit .htaccess. Make sure there are no conflicting rules present.

    Navigate to edit .htaccess

    4. Test Your Redirects

After making these changes, test your redirects using a tool like htaccess tester to ensure they are functioning correctly.

If you have followed these steps and the issue still exists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

We hope this helps resolve your redirection issue!

    Hello,

When we tested this out from our end, it seemed to be working just fine. Can you please head over to your WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks and save the page without changing anything?

Also, please clear your website and browser caches and try it again.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
