I have the same problem and it’s affected a lot of URLs
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
@Elsoar, I checked your sitemap, it is getting cached, please follow this guide to exclude the sitemaps from caching and resubmit the sitemap_index.xml
and wait for Google to recrawl the sitemap.
@techpro, you should also exclude the sitemap from caching and resubmit the sitemap.
If you still face any issues, please create a new support ticket and add the sitemap URL in the sensitive data section of that ticket so we can check.

Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
To exclude your sitemap from being cached by WP Rocket, head over to Settings > WP Rocket > Advanced Rules> Never Cache URL(s). Inside, enter the following code snippet and save your settings.
/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
/(.*)sitemap.xsl
Hope that helps you. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.

This is what was already there. Though, said Anas: (it is getting cached).
Hello,
I checked the sitemaps and they’re not getting cached now. Also, the post you shared in the sensitive data section is listed in the post sitemap. Please see the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
I searched the post on Google and indeed it is not indexed. I checked the post’s source and the meta robots, canonical tags also seem fine.
Please note that there is no fixed time for Google to index the pages. Some pages may take less or more time than others to get indexed. As Google is not very open regarding its indexing algorithms, we can only work on SEO optimizing our website and creating great content to increase their chances of getting indexed sooner.
Here is an article from Google that answers on the indexing time:

However, you can also try posting a manual indexing request.

Also, could you please check the coverage report under your Google Search Console account to see if there are any errors shown, that might be causing the issue?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
