I went ahead and checked the posts URLs you shared:
1. They are set to index in your robots meta
2. They appear in your sitemap
3. No issues in the Rich Result Tests
Can you please check if there are any other coverage issues reported in the Search Console?
With that said, since there are no issues with regards to your on-page SEO, then there should be no reason why Google is not indexing you anymore. You may observe your post for a couple of days or weeks and see if they are finally been indexed by Google.
Please note that it is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.
