    I use the ampforwp plugin and it happens that when analyzing with screaming frog SEO spider my amp URLs say that they are not in the status of the URL that cannot be indexed because the URL is canonical
    Navigated to where the rank math compatibility is and removed the canonical and it’s always the same result removing and putting it
    When I look at the code of my site I see that whoever adds this code is rank math What I would like is a little more documentation about canonical URLs and how they affect SEO or how they help it or what would be the best way to solve this
    note
    In Google search console I have no problem with this and I have a good proportion of master links indexed

    I tried to check the AMP pages of your site but the AMP URLs are either getting redirected to the main URL or returning a blank page. Can you please check or share the URL of a working AMP page so we can check and assist you further?

    Also please share a screenshot of the issue that you are getting in the ScreamingFrog audit using a tool like https://imgbb.com/

    Hello,

    Thank you for the additional information. Based on what you provided, there is nothing that needs to be done regarding AMP canonicals.

    The Google guidelines state that the main page should be set to the canonical of the AMP page: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/guidelines/amp

    Hello, I hope everything is fine, Another thing I see is that instant indexing does not send the url amp I did this test to see if it worked,

    Create an entry and publish it then enter instant indexing and check the status of the url and if it was sent but put the amp url and I got an error then proceeded to send the amp url and it was sent then I checked its status again and indeed it is running,

    could you add this to instant indexing

    Thank you for providing the valuable insight in using Instant Indexing with AMP.

    The Instant Indexing plugin does not currently create automatic submissions for AMP pages. You will have to manually submit AMP pages as you have demonstrated in the screenshots. Automatically adding AMP pages to instant indexing might be challenging as there are a variety of AMP plugins, each with it’s own implementation. However, I will pass on your suggestion to the rest of the team to see if it can be done.

    Another thing that I could notice is that rank math hidden <meta name=”keywords” content=” since google does not use it to position your website and which can also be added to show with a code in https://rankmath.com/kb/keywords-meta-tag/ now well other search engines with yandex bing among others will use it?

    I have been evaluating some functions of the plugin hehehe

    None of the top search engines uses the keywords meta tag because it is easy to spam. You can check the following article by Google for more information: https://developers.google.com/search/blog/2009/09/google-does-not-use-keywords-meta-tag.
