Changing the URL structure is never recommended as it has no impact on the rankings. It just helps in making the URLs user-friendly and beautiful.
If you are still insisting to change it, you can do so from:
WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
and add /%postname%.html into Custom Structure
