Urgent: Unauthorized Charge on My Credit Card

  • Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue. Just a few minutes ago, my credit card was charged again for INR 8117 despite the fact that I am already in communication with your team regarding a refund for a previous renewal.

    Could you please explain why this charge occurred? I have not authorized any additional payments, especially while my refund request is still under review. I kindly request that this recent charge be reversed immediately, along with the original refund I requested.

    I trust this matter can be resolved quickly and appreciate your prompt attention to this issue. Please let me know if you require any further details from my side.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We don’t see that transaction on your account. That transaction must be for a different Rank Math account.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate that account?

    I don’t have another account. You can see my subscription history in the image or my account, your system is trying to deduct my payment every 30th of November and even last year I asked for the cancellation. The same card is used with the last 4 digit number 9410. Please reverse that transaction.
