Urgent Support required for RankMath

    Hello, it has been almost 1 year, I have been a RankMath user, and whenever I found an issue I got it solved hereby support.
    But, now it has been 5 days since I raised a support ticket and I did not find even a single response from your side, not even an automatic response.
    It is really urgent to solve the issue but you guys aren’t even considering it. Here is the support link to my original ticket (https://support.rankmath.com/?post_type=topic&p=154901)

  • Hello, I have shared my screencast and one thing I can figure out myself is, I am not getting the same options as are described after creating a Service Account. I should get the option of Create Key option after clicking on the three dots in my Service Account created section. But, I get different options as you can see. Kindly check it asap and do let me know where is the mistake I am doing.

    You might not have set up the account correctly then.

    Please check again and start the process from the start and follow through with the entire video from start to finish.

    It is working fine for everyone else so it has to be an issue from your end. Now, we would love to check from our end but that would require access to your Google account and that is not something we ask for lightly.

    Hi, which video you are talking about to follow? I have shared my screencast, have you checked it? Can you point out the mistake in that video? Or, there is a Tutorial for setting up this plugin. If yes, then can I have its link?

    One more thing I want to ask is, Rank Math Knowledge Base is written a long ago and Indexing API post is not updated from that time to till now. I have seen a couple of YouTube videos for this and they are setting up Credentials also in Google Developer Account, like it is for Web Application and then website domain, email, privacy policy etc. But, on Rank Math it is not mentioned. I was able to create API easily first but now can not by following that knowledge Base guide but still I would give it one more try today.
    But, can I follow such video to setup credentials also, officially it is written that we have to do nothing after Console API is enabled and not have to go to credentials.

    I followed the exact again but still no success. Why you can not see my screencast (attached in sensitive data). I followed the exact same way that is explained in the Tutorial but still, I can not figure it out.
    Previously, one of your staff members said that it worked when he created API on his own but how is it possible? You did not ask me to add Service Account Email to my Search Console Property as Owner then how did it work?

    I was really shocked that your staff member shared a screenshot showing the Plugin was working. I did not even give him access to my Search Console nor did he ask me to add any Service Account Email in my property as Owner. Then how he can claim?

    Hi, I am pretty much sure I am creating API Key correctly, I also have shared my screencast doing so. But, recently I found my Error logs, and what I found was related to Plugin fast-indexing-api. I have added that complete error logs in sensitive data. Kindly check it there.
    I also have shared a google account, where you can create an API Key by yourself and then can set up the plugin.

I followed each and every step that was mentioned in your official tutorial as you can see in the screencast (Shared in sensitive data). Because I have to set up this plugin for my other websites and for sure in the future.

    One more strange thing I noticed is, I did not share my Search Console Property access with you then how is it possible to configure this plugin.
    I only shared a Google Account but that account is not associated with my Search Console Property. How is it possible? And, despite this, the plugin is working fine.
    The email added to my property as the owner is (*********@copper-poet-274607.iam.gserviceaccount.com) but one in API Key is (*******@euphoric-truth-306709.iam.gserviceaccount.com). Both are completely different emails.

    It is hard to tell where you did the mistake because we did not have access to your old Google account.

    We had to re-verify your website using the new account as well by entering the new verification code at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Webmaster tools.

    We followed the exact same instructions we have showcased in the video we shared with you. We did not do even a single step extra or difference from that (apart from verifying your website using the new Google account you shared)
