Urgent Support required for RankMath

    Hello, it has been almost 1 year, I have been a RankMath user, and whenever I found an issue I got it solved hereby support.
    But, now it has been 5 days since I raised a support ticket and I did not find even a single response from your side, not even an automatic response.
    It is really urgent to solve the issue but you guys aren’t even considering it. Here is the support link to my original ticket (https://support.rankmath.com/?post_type=topic&p=154901)

    Have you noticed that the service account in your plugin and the one on in your Search Console property is different?

    Well, the screenshot shared by me was at the start of this chat. It is old one, I have tried from almost 10+ accounts and even I created a new account today and added the same Service Account Email in Google Search Console that was in Private Key.
    I am not supposed to do such little mistakes. And, I have tried every possible solution first and then contacted the support.
    I do not know why you can not understand and are repeating things again. I used the same Service Account Email and Private Key of the website where it was working because one Service Account Key can be used for multiple websites but still no success. And, please do not tell me, it is related to Host. Other websites are also on the Same Web Host Server. And, they are working fine with same configuration.
    I hope now there is no confusion remained, one thing I suggest for confirmation is, kindly create a new Service Account with your own Google Account at your end and then use that Private Key in my website and see if it works because I have tried creating Keys several times.

    Ok, I have added my Google Account login credentials. You can create a new project and service account there for the new private key.
    And, there may be another option, I can share screencast, how I am creating the Private Key if there is a mistake you would be able to point it. Currently, I am following the exact same way that is explained in your Knowledge Base. Or, you can create one for me and I would check the exact tutorial when it will be officially available by you.

    I have shared Google Account that is not the same one I am using for Google Search Console for this website. You can create API Key on this account and send me the Service Account Email so that I may add it as owner in Search Console Property.
    And, I want this issue resolved asap, I can provide a screencast of my whole process for creating an API Key to setting the plugin up. If you find something wrong in the video, you may point it out to me.

    It worked correctly when we tested:

    We have removed our account and API now because that is private but this is proof that the issue is with how you are setting up the settings – not with the plugin.

    Please follow the instructions once again as we did and you will see that the plugin works correctly.
