Hello, it has been almost 1 year, I have been a RankMath user, and whenever I found an issue I got it solved hereby support.
But, now it has been 5 days since I raised a support ticket and I did not find even a single response from your side, not even an automatic response.
It is really urgent to solve the issue but you guys aren’t even considering it. Here is the support link to my original ticket (https://support.rankmath.com/?post_type=topic&p=154901)

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the delayed response to this topic.
Could you please perform a quick troubleshooting step and head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Instant Indexing and select the “Get Status” option and click the “Send to API” button?
After you see the error click the “Show RAW Response” button and share the contents of that with us in the sensitive data section.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I also wanna add that this is not my first time setting up this Instant Indexing plugin. I am already using it on my other 4 websites and I never got any issue. And, all of those websites are also on the same host and with almost the same setting. I even copied the Private Key (JSON) from the website where it was working and pasted that on this website. And, also then added the Email of the Service Account Owner of that same website to this website Search Console but still to no avail.
Hello,
Thank you for that additional information, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked the error message, and it seems like your server is not able to handle the API requests. Could you please get in touch with your host and seek their help in checking the error (500) that was reported on the error log?
You can also check if there’s a plugin conflicting that might be causing this issue. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi, thank you for your reply. I checked it if there is any plugin or theme causing the issue but everything is fine. I disabled all the plugins in Troubleshoot mode after installing Health Check except the Instant Indexing plugin but still, the same error was received. And, I think the issue is different in its nature, all other websites are on the same Hosting and on the same server. And, they are working fine, so there should not be an issue with Hosting.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings and investigate further. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Please try setting up the plugin and your Google account again and make sure to follow closely the steps described here: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
Once set up, you should also try the other method for inserting your JSON Key in the appropriate field on the Rank Math > Instant Indexing page: if you previously copy-pasted the file contents in the field, then try the file upload method and vice versa.
If neither of this help, please get in touch with your hosting provider and send them the error message, they might be able to solve it or suggest a possible solution.
In case you require any further assistance don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Hi, I followed everything correctly but as you said I need to upload a JSON file if I was copying and pasting the Key in the text box at first. So, I tried again to upload the file instead of pasting but it never worked for me. When I upload a file and after a page refresh, nothing comes in the text box. Is the text box remains empty after uploading the JSON file?
I thought, it is an issue and it should extract text from the JSON file automatically and then paste it into the box. Or, is it normal to have the empty box? And, is the file uploaded automatically in the background?Hi, I checked again and tried to select the newly created JSON file but as always to no avail. Here is the detail of this issue.
For the last year, I have never succeeded in Uploading JSON files instead of pasting text. I thought there is an issue, So I open a JSON File Editor/Viewer Online and opened that file there. After that, I copied its text and pasted it in the box and always it worked for me.
But, now you are asking to upload JSON File directly instead of pasting so I did. When I select the file and hit the Save Changes button then nothing comes in the text box nor any response shows. And, when I shift to the Console section then it says to set up the plugin first in Setting.
I can not share that Private Key on public sharing files, so If you want to upload it on your own, I may send you that one in any possible way.
ThanksHi, here is the summary of this issue.
I can not configure this plugin in settings by uploading JSON file, on other websites I copied the content and pasted in the text box. Uploading the file never worked for me.
And, I contacted my host also and described the complete issue, they are saying that this issue not related to Hosting as other websites are working fine on the same host with the same plugin. And, also they can not see logs on the server related to this issue.Hello,
Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve tried checking your site, and it seems that the access you have provided is no longer working/expired. However, you can also share the private key in our sensitive data section to further check this issue.
Normally, if you’re getting an error 500 while using this plugin, it is most likely your server is not able to handle the API requests.
I would also like to add that Google recommends that you use the Indexing API ONLY for Job Posting and Live Streaming websites.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance.
Hi, what is this kinda response man? I know the 500 status code may be related to Host but they checked everything there and everything is OK. Also, can you get it that my other websites are also on the same host server and working fine.
And, one more thing I noticed is, when I enable this plugin and configure it then it produces an error of Publish Failed or Update Failed when a post is published or updated.
And, kindly check it asap, I have updated the Login URL also. And, wind this issue up and kindly solve it asap.Hi Ashsan,
We logged in and saw the error in the error log at rank math \ status and tools.
It related to the instant indexing plugin you are running. When we disable it we can publish and update this example post without and issue – https://esportsix.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=102&action=edit. No errors showed up.
Could you consider not using that plugin and instead use Rank Math’s own instant indexing feature that is – https://rankmath.com/kb/instant-indexing/
Hope this clears things up.
Yea, I know the issue was due to the Instant indexing Plugin. I asked here for a solution. I do not know how you can say it, Rank Math Instant Indexing is for Bing not for Google. For Google, I have to install that plugin separately.
Instead of providing a solution, you are asking to uninstall it?
