Please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by going to your Rank Math account and navigating to Rank Math > Account > Website or by visiting this URL: My Account – Websites.
If the credit count appears correct but is not reflecting on your website, please try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area by going to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are the steps:

We can see that the Content AI credits in your account has been consumed. It will refresh/reset on September 19, 2024.
