hi, i have already tried all your instructions here (below ).. and still have no success.
This includes: Adding the Cloudflare rule caching. and NGINX rewrite rules to my Kinsta Hosting.

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( ‘rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching’, ‘__return_false’);

when you visit this url: https://visualsitemaps.com/sitemap_index.xml
>> it shows nothing on the screen.

and when you visit this : https://visualsitemaps.com/main-sitemap.xsl
>> it shows many console errors.
