If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
You can cancel the automatic subscriptions by following this guide:

Thank you for your response. I’d like to clarify the situation regarding my accounts:
My old user account is associated with the email t**********@g********.
My new Rank Math SEO Pro subscription was purchased under p**@c*********, which is also my PayPal email.
At some point, I tried Content AI, assuming it was linked to the same address I used for my new Pro subscription. However, it appears the Content AI plan is still connected to my old account. Since both are billed via the same PayPal details, I was unaware that the Content AI would renew under the old account.
I’ve checked all my emails and found multiple notifications (December 16th, 17th, 20th, 23rd, 25th, and 27th, 2024) regarding the Rank Math Pro payment not going through, but I did not receive any email about a Content AI subscription renewal.
Given this confusion and that I have neither actively used nor received notice of the Content AI renewal, I would greatly appreciate it if you would kindly reconsider and issue a refund for the Content AI subscription.

Since you mentioned that you didn’t receive the email reminder, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

I did not authorize this payment. I believe I have been scammed, as I never subscribed to or consented to this service.
I demand a full and immediate refund of this unauthorized charge.
Please confirm that the subscription has been canceled and that the refund is being processed as soon as possible.
