I purchased your plugin yesterday, but I accidentally entered my email address incorrectly during checkout. Because of this, I never received my login credentials.
After the purchase, I was sent to the “thank you” page and followed the instructions to contact support about the error. I was told to change the email from my profile, but I can’t do that because it requires a password, which I never received due to the email typo.
I’ve attached my purchase receipt to verify that I am the one who bought the plugin. Here are the details:
Incorrect Email: c***************@g********
Correct Email: c***************@g********
Could you please manually update the email address in your system so I can access the service I paid for?
