    Dear Rank Math Support,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I wanted to follow up regarding my Rank Math Pro purchase. The payment of €96.96 has already been processed, but I still don’t have access to the Pro version.

    As mentioned in my previous email, I believe I made a typo in my email address during the purchase. I have added the correct email address as Sensitive Data in this message, as per your guidelines.

    Since I have not received any confirmation email and the Pro version is still not activated in my account, I would appreciate it if you could check my order and update the email address if necessary.

    Please let me know as soon as possible how we can resolve this.

    Yesterday, I filed a dispute with my bank for the original payment because I decided to purchase the product again, this time directly through WordPress.
