Urgent Issue: Cant see images in page sitemaps

#362363
  • Hi there,

I just noticed that none of the pages we have from the sitemap is showing the images despite having the setting turned on.

For now, we just want to include the page images and not the featured images, hence why we’ve had “Images In Sitemaps” turned on already

Could this be because of any plugin OR the theme that it is built on?

    Best Regards,
    Ismail

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hi Jeremy,

I can add you as a new user if you provide me with an email address instead. I don’t wish to add new plugins.

Additionally, we don’t want any changes to the website except if something appears to be wrong with the rank math. Could you let me know first before making any changes?

    Thanks

    Hello,

You can use s******@r*********** email address and use any first/last name. Sure, we will inform you fist if there will be any changes needed on your site.

Alternatively, you can create a staging site with the same issue as it seems that your site is currently live. This will also avoid your site getting any unexpected issues upon disabling plugins or switching themes.

Here is a guide that could be really useful for you on how to create a staging site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Thanks Reinelle, I created the staging URL and added the rankmath email as a user.

I have kept the site to no-index, please do not turn on the indexing for this one.

    How is it going guys?

    Hello,

I can check that you are using a page builder to create your pages. Since the images are being added using the fields of page builder, our plugin is not able to detect them.

You can get in touch with the support of your theme/builder and ask them to integrate the Content Analysis using this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.

Thanks Jaideep, we are working on this one. I didn’t realize the ticket system here is public. Can you please make this ticket private or remove it if not possible? I clearly saw while opening a ticket that it is only available to the support team https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQuqYPAd

Happy to mark it as resolved since you guys have already given your feedback here. I just want to make sure that this isn’t visible to the public.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

From your screenshot, the information added in the sensitive data section is the ones that are visible to our support staff.

However, I’ve removed all the information about your website from the previous replies for your privacy, and once this ticket is marked as resolved, all the information in the sensitive data section will be removed permanently.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.
