    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

I’m encountering an inconsistency in the SEO score of my homepage between the editor and the frontend. Below are the details and troubleshooting steps I’ve taken:

    Issue Description
    Symptoms:
The homepage shows an SEO score of 91 in the Rank Math editor, but the frontend score detected by the plugin is 46. All other pages (posts, pages) display consistent scores.

    Troubleshooting Steps Attempted
    Verified SEO Settings:

Ensured homepage title, meta description, keywords, and content optimization are configured per Rank Math recommendations.

Cross-checked metadata (e.g., <title>, <meta description>) between the editor and frontend HTML source code.

    Cleared Caches:

Purged WordPress cache (LiteSpeed Cache), server cache (via Siteground), and browser cache (tested in Chrome Incognito).

    Homepage URL: https://ecopackplus.com

    Support Request:
Could there be other underlying causes? Please kindly share your professional experience to solve this problem.

    Looking forward to your guidance.
    Best regards,
    Lily

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the inconsistency in the SEO score of your homepage between the editor and the frontend. Thank you for providing detailed information about the symptoms and troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken.

Inconsistencies like this can sometimes occur due to various factors, including:

    1. Caching Issues: Even after clearing caches, sometimes server-side caching can still affect the displayed score. Ensure that all caching layers are completely purged.

    2. Plugin Conflicts: Other plugins may interfere with Rank Math’s functionality. Temporarily disabling other plugins (except Rank Math) can help identify if there’s a conflict.

    3. Theme Issues: Sometimes, the theme being used can affect how SEO scores are calculated or displayed. Switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) temporarily can help determine if the theme is causing the issue.

    4. Content Changes: If there have been recent changes to the content or settings, it might take some time for the changes to reflect on the frontend.

    5. SEO Settings: Double-check that all settings in Rank Math are correctly configured for your homepage, especially if you are using a page builder or custom layout.

Since you’ve already done a thorough check, we recommend replying to this ticket with any additional details or screenshots of your settings, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will take over and provide more specific guidance based on your website’s configuration.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to resolving this issue for you!

I need a human agent support, thanks

    Hello,

You should rely on the score of your content while editing the page as it is where the Content Analysis tool runs.

Could you please confirm which score on the front end you are referring to?

You can upload screenshots using this tool and add the link here.

If you’re referring to the SEO Analyzer tool, then you can follow the steps in this guide:

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your prompt response.

Please check the screenshots of the different scores on my homepage; other pages’ scores are the same, both on the editor page and the front-end page. Only different on the homepage.

Waiting for your new guidance to solve this problem.

Depending on the number of posts/pages on your website this process can take a few minutes to an hour to complete.

However, it looks like you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your websites, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
