Please access your FTP or your CPanel’s File Manager, locate your website’s root directory and navigate to wp-content > plugins, and delete or rename the folder seo-by-rank-math to bring your site to live again.
Once done, please share your website error log with us. Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.

Thank you for following up. The error eventually went away on its own. Our IT person let me know that it was likely due to Rank Math running some processor-heavy actions in the background, which overloaded our server capacities.
I will make a note of this and will avoid activating Rank Math on our live site during peak hours.
