I’ve already attempted nearly every troubleshooting step: clearing cache, switching browsers, disabling plugins, and confirming correct focus keyword usage — yet I’m still facing freezing and broken functionality within Rank Math’s editor.
As a professional music journalist and site owner, this plugin is mission-critical for my SEO workflow, and the current instability is costing me time and momentum. I originally trusted Rank Math because of its reputation, but I’ve encountered significant issues with both reliability and support responsiveness.
At this point, I am asking for this case to be escalated to your engineering or dev team — not just another round of browser clearing and restating defaults. If there’s a known issue or patch coming, please let me know. Otherwise, I need real resolution, not repetition.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
The freeze first happened during the final steps of the Rank Math Setup Wizard, when I was trying to edit the Focus Keyword and Meta Title/Description areas. The interface would lag or become completely unresponsive for several seconds.
Since then, I’ve also noticed occasional lag when trying to edit SEO settings in the metabox on live posts, especially when switching tabs or updating metadata.
I’m using the Blocksy Theme with a mostly clean plugin stack and the Gutenberg editor.
I don’t currently have a screenshot, but I can try to recreate the issue and upload one if it helps further.

I’ve replicated the issue and opened the browser console while editing a post. Below is the screenshot showing the JavaScript errors occurring during the freeze:

As you’ll see, there’s a TypeError involving rank-math-editor and other script issues possibly related to the Blocksy Companion plugin.

From your screenshot, it is referring to the Content AI warning only.
To confirm if that is the culprit of this issue, you can try to temporarily disable the Content AI module on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard
If the issue persists even without the Content AI feature, then assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by conflicting plugins/theme on your site.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
