You seem to have forgotten to add the Login username, please add the username so we can log in and check.
Also, you can follow these steps and see if that fixes the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Once done, clear your website and browser cache and check the robots.txt and sitemap. If the sitemaps load fine, submit the sitemap_index.xml again and wait for Google to re-crawl the sitemap.

Your Apache web server is preventing the generation of the dynamic sitemap. I have added the rewrite rules to your .htaccess file.
As for your robots.txt, could you please share your FTP login as well so we can further check it?
